Hello, my name is Ken Bezio. I was born and raised in the North Country. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Throughout my career I have had the privilege to consult and collaboratively work with health professionals and behavioral organizations for many years within the North Country including but not limited to school settings. I have an array of experience treating individuals across the lifespan. I provide a multitude of psychoanalytical and theoretical approaches including but not limited to EMDR as a means of resolving past trauma to enhance mental wellbeing. As an EMDR therapist, I provide a comfortable and nonjudgmental environment which fosters growth and healing.
